HuiLife Terms of Service
1. Scope and Operator
HuiLife is operated by Margarita Market Inc. It provides supermarket flyers, store information, reference product prices, shopping-list comparisons, shop browsing, classified listings, user submissions, and related account services. These Terms describe the basic rules governing your use of these features. Contact: dailinqi888@gmail.com. This version is effective October 26, 2026.
2. Registration, Sign-In, and Account Security
Some content is available without an account. Shopping-list comparisons, product prices, enlarged or full-screen flyers, favorites, and posting information require registration and sign-in. New registration uses a U.S. telephone number, password, and SMS verification code. Use a number you are entitled to use and enter the code you receive; do not impersonate another person. Before registering, read and actively indicate agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. SMS verification checks your ability to use the number for that verification; it does not guarantee identity, merchant qualifications, or transaction trustworthiness. Keep passwords and verification codes secure and contact the platform promptly if someone else is using your account.
3. Browsing Sync and Personalized Recommendations
When you actively agree on the registration screen to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the displayed browsing-sync and recommendation disclosure, and complete registration, you authorize cloud browsing-preference sync and personalized recommendation suggestions for that new account. The platform records content categories, view counts, and foreground time to analyze browsing preferences and generate suggestions. Foreground time is capped at 10 minutes per event, and events older than 90 days are removed during use. These browsing events do not include search text, chat contents, contact details, or precise location. Role and age range are voluntary and are not inferred from browsing. Personalized suggestions are disabled when you declare that you are under 18. You may turn either setting off anytime in My Account—Data and Recommendation Preferences. Turning browsing sync off stops new records and requests deletion of cloud browsing history, with retry after reconnection if offline. You can still browse normally after turning these settings off, and these settings do not automatically place advertisements. Guest use, incomplete registration, existing-account sign-in, and publication of this version do not automatically enable these settings for existing accounts; their previous choices are preserved. Registration receipts retain the accepted policy versions, document digests, selected language, and server-recorded acceptance time to identify the authorization.
4. Age and Eligibility
The service is not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should use it with the knowledge, guidance, and consent of a parent or guardian. Participation in employment, housing, commercial, or other restricted activities must also meet applicable age, licensing, and other eligibility requirements. Do not submit sensitive identification information about other people.
5. Flyers, Product Prices, and Comparisons
Flyers come from merchants or other public sources. Prices, specifications, dates, participating branches, purchase limits, and inventory are subject to the original flyer and the store’s actual announcements. An “estimated price” uses saved price information as a reference and is not a guaranteed price at that store. A “user photo price” identifies a reviewed user submission, which may still become inaccurate because of timing, specifications, or store changes. Comparisons use only available information and matching conditions and may have missing prices. They do not promise coverage of every merchant or the lowest price in the entire market. Report errors through price correction or customer feedback.
6. Listings, Submissions, and Communications
You must have the necessary rights to the text, images, prices, contact details, and other information you submit, and you are responsible for its truthfulness, accuracy, and lawfulness. Do not post scams, false information, unlawfully discriminatory employment or housing listings, privacy or intellectual-property violations, harassment, threats, unlawful transactions, or other unlawful content. Do not upload identity documents, financial account details, third-party contact information, or other sensitive information unrelated to the submission. Listings and product submissions may require review. Approval does not mean the platform guarantees the content or a transaction.
7. Public Display and Content License
You retain your rights in original content. To provide the publishing, display, review, search, and sharing features you choose, you grant the platform a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, process, and display that content to the extent needed for those features. This license does not cover separate commercial use unrelated to those features. Contact details, images, and information you publish may be viewed, captured, or forwarded by others. Deleting the original does not guarantee retrieval of copies others have saved. Third-party flyers remain subject to their owners’ rights. A HuiLife sharing banner identifies the distribution source and does not imply merchant authorization or endorsement.
8. Merchants, Points, and Transaction Limits
Merchant features require an application and platform approval. Approval is not a comprehensive guarantee of a merchant’s qualifications, goods, or services. Conditions for points, posting, refreshing, pinning, and ad-free benefits are those shown before the relevant action. Points cannot be withdrawn as cash and are not money or deposits. The current shopping cart and shopping lists do not submit real orders or payments; cash payment services are not enabled. If transactions or paid services are introduced, charges, fulfillment, cancellation, and refund conditions should be clearly disclosed separately. These Terms does not replace your transaction confirmation.
9. Sharing, Third Parties, and Location
Shared images include HuiLife branding and a QR code for the corresponding flyer page. Forwarding an image does not mean you or the platform guarantee everything it contains. WeChat, maps, IP-based regional lookup, system photo saving, and other third-party services are subject to their own rules. System location, photo saving, and SMS reception continue to require their own permissions and are not enabled by registration agreement. Browsing sync and personalized suggestions follow Section 3 and the explicit registration disclosure and may be turned off anytime.
10. Reports, Enforcement, and Account Closure
You may report issues using in-app reporting, feedback, and complaint tools or the contact email. If the platform identifies unlawful content, infringement, fraud, harassment, account abuse, or security risks, it may take reasonable steps such as restricting display, removing content, or suspending relevant features or accounts. You may contact the platform to explain any disagreement with an enforcement decision. You can sign out and use the account-deletion feature under “My” to end account use. Data handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Maintenance and Responsibilities Under Law
Networks, devices, third-party services, updates, and maintenance may affect availability. The platform should address faults and known errors according to the circumstances but does not promise that all information is always complete or accurate or that service is uninterrupted. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove consumer or privacy rights provided by law. Please contact the platform first to seek resolution of a dispute. Applicable law and jurisdiction remain determined by the relevant legal rules. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
12. Updates and Contact
Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with renewed consent where required by law. The Terms and Privacy Policy identify their version and effective date. For new registration, the platform stores the versions you actively accept, your selected reading language, the server-recorded acceptance time, and document digests so the applicable text can be identified. Silence, browsing alone, or optional permission settings are not treated as agreement for new registration.
